Do you combine shipping?
Yes, if possible. Sometimes, do to the size of the items, combined shipping
is not possible. Please ask for a quote on combines shipping. We try to give the
best possible shipping price.
Can I return my purchase?
Yes,
with in seven days of delivery. Please notify us of your intentions before returning
an item. The item returned will need to be in the same condition as when it was
shipped. We are sorry but we can not pay for return shipping. We recommend that
when you return your item that it is insured. If the item does not arrive back
to us we can not issue a refund.
Do you provide gift-wrapping?
Yes,
we have a variety of wrapping materials and message cards. We would be delighted
to gift wrap your item and ship to the address you provide. This service costs
an additional $3.95.
Will you hold an item until I can mail payment?
Yes, however we require that the payment needs to arrive to us with in
10 days.
Can I make monthly payments for and item?
Yes, you
can arrange a payment plan. We are always willing to work with good honest people.
We require that the item will be paid in full within one year of purchase. We
will only ship items after it has been paid in full. We do not charge interest
fees each month but we do require you to make the monthly payment. If a payment
is missed for two months in a row it will be considered that you have forfeited
the item and no money will be refunded and no item will be shipped.
